Q: Where do i park?

A. Usually there is place in the driveway for clients to park. Parking is also allowed on the street also, unless there is a reason for plows to be out.

Please note that garbage collection day in Baden is on Tuesdays. If you choose to park on the street on a Tuesday kindly park someplace that will not interfere with collection. Let’s make their job as easy as possible!

Q: Do I have to wear a mask during my massage?

A. Masks are no longer required. If you prefer to wear a mask and/or would like me to wear one for the treatment kindly let me know. If someone in your household is sick I may ask that you wear a mask as a precaution, and I will do the same.

q: what is your cancellation policy?

A. I require a minimum 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For missed appointments, or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice a $25 fee may be charged. This charge will be waived for illness - if you are feeling unwell, let me know and we will reschedule.

Q: What does massage therapy treat?

A: There are too many conditions to list, but in general massage therapy can treat muscle, joint, and nerve pain in your head, neck, arms, shoulders, hands, back, hips, legs, knees, ankles, and feet. Some specific conditions include TMD (jaw pain/dysfunction), headaches, migraines, tendonitis, and repetitive strain injuries.

Q: What should I wear for a massage therapy treatment?

A: That is up to you. You will only be asked to remove clothing from the areas of your body that I will be massaging. While on the table, you will be completely covered by a sheet and blanket except for the part of your body that I am working on at the time. All draping is discrete and no sensitive areas will be exposed during your massage therapy treatment without your consent.

Q: I'm queasy about needles. Will acupuncture automatically be included in my massage treatment?

A: I do not use acupuncture for every person - I only use it if we have discussed it and agreed to include acupuncture in your treatment plan for that day. I will only include acupuncture in your treatment if you have given your written and verbal consent. The treatment will be discussed with you before hand and you will have every opportunity to ask questions or withdraw consent.
